You are my priority. I design sequences specifically tailored to your needs, whether your goals are to gain strength, improve flexibility, or address physical discomfort from injuries.

 

Together, we can also work through any emotional challenges you may wish to address.

 

Private sessions offer a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of asanas (yoga poses) and how they interact with your body. Yoga isn’t about achieving a certain look; it’s about how it makes you feel.

I believe that physical pain often signals underlying trauma or energy that needs release. In our sessions, I use my intuition to guide the process, allowing my body and energy to respond to what yours needs. Together, we’ll work to create space for healing and release, tuning into the wisdom of both body and mind.
